If you are a new user, simply click New User to register. During the registration process, you will be required to provide five pieces of data: Social Security number (SSN), date of birth, last name, numerical portion of home address or P.O. Box, zip code. Please reference the Milliman Registration Process for more information.
All current users will need to add an email address and phone number to the account if you have not already done so. You will also have to choose four new security questions and may be asked to update Username and Password if current credentials do not meet the new requirements.
